"Trouble Abroad," an article in the November/December ADVENTURE, gives handy tips on "vacationing" in volatile places. But should you really be visiting a place where the number two tip for travelers is "Know when to run"? Remember, the idea is to get off the beaten path, not to get beaten off the path.
