"This simple hut is typical of the homes of the Huaorani. Bay, a 45-year-old Huaorani, is sharpening his blowgun spears in his hut while his son observes his technique. Above Bay's left shoulder hangs a holder where the spears will be held. Bay's wife, Yenteri, in the red skirt, seems to be taking in a well-earned moment of relaxation."
