"I took this picture at about 7:30 a.m. while climbing down from the 13,455-foot (4,101-meter) summit of Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, Boreno. I noticed these two men standing next to a sign board, which tells how far you've come and the distance remaining to the summit. I reached to summit at 5 a.m. in complete darkness. When the sun appeared before my eyes, I was amazed to see that I was sitting on a cliff's edge with jagged rocks below. Despite my close call, the scenery was truly beautiful."

DIY: "Climbing Mount Kinabalu, a very popular trek, starts in Kota Kinabalu National Park. We started trekking from Power Station Road, the entrance to Kinabalu, and hiked for about five hours to reach the rest house (Laban Rata), which is about 3,273 meters (10,738 feet) above sea level. We stopped to rest until about 2:30 a.m., then climbed three hours to the summit."
