Their newest multisport classroom: off-the-radar El Salvador, where clients will be the only ones on the beach for surf lessons and on rolling trails for rides. Resident mountain-biking champ Roy Beers meets groups in San Salvador and leads them to a hotel along the white-sand beaches of the Costa del Sol, just yards from a beginner surf break. The next three days are divided between surfing and wakeboarding and, after retreating to the edges of El Imposible National Park, riding little-trafficked trail circuits through jungle and bamboo.
