We carried in a supply of tinned and dried food, but the local fare turned out to be quite good. Since we were camping in ICCN posts along the way, we were served fresh chickens, goats, and a nice variety of tropical fruits. This bird was being prepared to be made into "Libuki" chicken, which is a mix of chicken and spices wrapped in green leaves and cooked to perfection on the charcoal fire.
