For the first two hours every morning, each person staying at the ashram gathers for chanting. To get this shot, I had to force my way into a dusty, cob-web filled library to peek through a tiny slit in the window. Only when the participants roared in chorus 'Shanti, om," which means "peace," could I click the shutter.
