When you're looking at Machu Picchu, well, it's quite epic and timeless and usually teeming with people. But people just get in the way sometimes. Tom [Clynes, the author] and I decided at the beginning of the trek, knowing there would be a full moon when we reached Machu Picchu, that we'd wait for the sun to go down and the moon to come up. It's not allowed, however, so I won't tell you whether we did or not.
