 Nurse Sharks
Nurse sharks live mostly in shallow water. During the day they rest at the bottom of the ocean. At night the sharks feed on seafloor animals like lobsters and crabs.
One shark in this picture (top) is wearing a National Geographic Crittercam. Crittercams include video cameras and other information-gathering devices. They can be attached to animals without hurting them. Crittercams help scientists study the animals that wear them.
