UPDATES

Geography never sleeps. The following changes took place after our World Giveaway Map went to press:

  • Fiji changed its name to Fiji Islands.

  • Agana, the capital of Guam, changed its name to Hagåtña.

ERRATA

The National School Map Giveaway project presented National Geographic with the opportunity to convert our world map to a digital format. The conversion produced a number of errors, a handful of which regrettably appeared on the final map:
