A Safe Haven for Chimps
J.A.C.K. (Jeunes Animaux Confisqués au Katanga/Young animals confiscated in Katanga) is an independent, self-funded NGO in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), that acts as a refuge for orphan chimpanzee babies confiscated by the Ministry of Environment. Working with WildlifeDirect, J.A.C.K. staff are sharing stories of the DRC's chimpanzees with the world.

She tells Boyd about a unique 100-mile trek available to tourists that takes them through some of Kenya’s most beautiful wilderness, and shares the importance of the tourism industry in Kenya.
