| Woodrow Wilson House (2340 S Street N.W.; phone: +1 202 387 4062) This Georgian Revival house served as Woodrow Wilsons home from 1921 until
his death in 1924. Mrs. Wilson stayed until her death in 1961, then bequeathed
it intact to the National Trust. Wilson was the sole President to retire in
Washington. The house is the only presidential museum in Washington, D.C., and it is
filled with memorabilia of Wilsons career as well as the furnishings of a 1920s
