Exploring issues of food security and sustainability
Welcome to the Hackathon!
Join us for National Geographic’s Future of Food Hackathon on Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4. We’re excited to see the prototypes, new applications, visualizations, and systems that participants build. We will explore food production, distribution, and consumption for farmers, journalists, policymakers, and business leaders. Participants will have exclusive access to data from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.
