Geography Awareness Week

November 11-17, 2007


Celebrate Asia with the National Geographic Society during Geography Awareness Week, November 11 – 17, 2007, by planning your own Geography Action! Geo-Games event in your school. Events can be large or small, during school or on the weekend. Work with your PTA, local businesses, and your students to create a fun event that encourages students to discover Asia by exploring the culture of food, music, art, clothing, and traditional games.
