Men carry and play a set of traditional fontomfrom drums in a cultural procession in Ghana. Carved from local tweneboa wood and topped with goatskin or cowskin, fontomfrom drums are among the most important ceremonial instruments used by the Akan, one of the most dominant and diverse linguistic groups in Ghana.
