A small, widely branched plant with an open cluster of tiny, blue and white, bilaterally symmetrical flowers on slender stalks. Corolla about 0.3 in (0.8 cm) wide. Height: 2-16 in (5-40 cm).
Open, gravelly flats and banks, often in sparse grass.
British Columbia south to southern California and east to Colorado, Michigan, and Ontario.
This collinsia has among the smallest flowers in the genus.
