Starships travel at warp speed and also endure “warped” experiences in space. Here, a computer displays the hull of the Voyager  as it is twisted by an unknown force. Without warp speed, starships would take thousands of years to cross galaxies. Einstein’s theory of relativity suggests warp speed is possible.
