Women Photographers at National Geographic represents an intrepid group of photographers who proved themselves on some of National Geographic's toughest assignments. They returned from each adventure with images following the National Geographic Society's long tradition of photographic excellence.
Beginning with photos published in the early 1900s through the current pages of National Geographic, this exhibition chronicles a tradition of trailblazing women. Based on the book of the same name, the exhibition is a tribute to more than 20 extraordinary artists who have documented our world.
