Seven (7) First Prize winners received a trip to Thailand (which included 3 days and 3 nights in Bangkok, 2 days and 2 nights in Chiang Mai, and 2 days and 2 nights in Phuket) with National Geographic Travel Photographer Alison Wright. First Prize included roundtrip coach-class air transportation from airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor); 7 days/7 nights in a hotel (single room, double occupancy; activities including excursions (all activities and activity details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and meals. Winners traveled in 2012 on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize would have been forfeited. Space was subject to availability. Trip specifics were subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel was roundtrip. Sponsor determined airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserved the right to substitute First Prize for a trip of greater or equal value. No refund or compensation was made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel was subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the First Prize package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, and personal charges at lodging, were the responsibility solely of winners. Winners were solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may have applied. Sponsor did not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor was not responsible if any activity was delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize was forfeited in its entirety and no substitution or compensation in lieu thereof was provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each First Prize trip is $5,000.00 USD. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be honored with a photographic exhibition of their photo album at a venue in New York City to be determined by Tourism Thailand. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): of exhibition $10,000.00 USD

The Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Potential winners shall be required to sign and return within seven (7) days following an attempted notification, an Affidavit, Declaration or Certificate of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release and Warranty of Ownership and License consistent with these Rules. Failure to execute and deliver any required documents to Sponsor by the specified deadline may result in disqualification from the Contest, and selection of an alternate potential winner. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

NONCOMPLIANCE OR RETURN OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION AS UNDELIVERABLE, WHETHER BY REGULAR MAIL OR BY EMAIL, MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER.
