Photo: Chimps Use Caves to Beat the Heat, Scientists Find

A male chimpanzee in Senegal emerges from between two boulders after visiting a water hole. The chimp was part of a group found by scientists to use caves to escape summer heat, the first time apes have been found to use such shelter in the wild.
