The Banff Mountain Film Festival is one of the most important events on the annual film festival circuit, offering the best films on mountain sports and cultures. Now in its 31st year, the festival is presented by National Geographic and Dunham Bootmakers. Note: some films contain graphic language.

Tuesday, February 6 at 7 p.m.
Kids Who Rip
(USA/2005/12 min) Remarkable kids who love to ski, snowboard, skateboard, and surf.
Conflict Tiger (UK/Sweden/2005/62 min) Grand Prize. An epic confrontation between a “man-eating” tiger and an expert tiger hunter, in the forests of the Russian Far East.
Mission Epicocity (USA/2006/15 min) Mind-bending waterfalls and rapids in South America and Asia.
Fatima's Hand (Germany/2006/38 min) Best Film on Mountain Sports. A risky adventure in West Africa opens the eyes of filmmakers and athletes to a different reality.
