This popular event returns to the National Geographic
Dining Hall, featuring Grand Master Sushi chefs from Japan
and area Japanese restaurants as they present an evening
of extraordinary sustainable sushi delights, Japanese beer,
and exquisite sake samples. This year the tasting will be preceded
by a presentation in Grosvenor Auditorium by expert
Trevor Corson, author of The Zen of Fish: The Story of
Sushi, from Samurai to Supermarket. (Must be 21 or older.)
Presented by the National Cherry Blossom Festival, National Geographic,
and the National Sushi Society.
