Dorothy C. Foster is the founder of DCF International, Ltd., a consulting firm to the cosmetics and fragrance industry. The firm provides strategic planning, marketing, merchandising, and sales consulting services to manufacturers, marketers, and retailers.

Foster is a columnist for the Informationist, an industry trade publication, and teaches in the cosmetic and fragrance marketing program at New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology. She is an active member of many professional organizations including the Fragrance Foundation. Foster has spoken at the Rencontres Internationales de la Parfumerie in Paris, Centifolia 95 in Grasse, France, and many other industry meetings.

Foster holds a B.S. degree from Valparaiso University, an M.S. degree from Penn State University, and a J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.
