Weekend Photography Workshop: Puerto Rico
Join National Geographic Traveler photographer and contributor Dan Westergren for a hands-on photography workshop amid the vibrant culture and lush tropical beauty of colorful San Juan. Capture the architectural gems of Old Town, sunrise lighting up the historic fort walls of El Morro, and horseback riders in the surf at Luquillo Beach.
See how a pro finds perfect light and anticipates great moments both on location and in classroom sessions. All participants should bring a digital camera and laptop computer for downloading and editing photos taken in the field.
Accommodations at the enchanting El Convento hotel, in the heart of Old San Juan, will immerse you in old world charm and elegance.

By stopping and talking to people, the search for great images turns into a quest for more fulfilling travel experiences.
