Text: Country legends George Strait, Willie Nelson, and Dolly Parton have all sauntered through the front door of the Broken Spoke to play at the honky-tonk dance hall. "This place signifies what Texas is all about, and people like to step back in time because I haven't changed nothing," says White. "I told the city that it's very important that I have a dirt parking lot, and if it's paved with anything, it will be beer caps."
