made this image in early evening in the small lanes surrounding a decaying mansion," says the photographer. "A rickshaw driver is resting at the end of the day. This scene was in the same area as the Tagore House, where poet Rabindranath Tagore was born." Kolkata's most famous native son, Nobel Prize-winner Tagore helped inspire India's movement for independence.
