New Yorker James Sanders considers this vantage the best view of the 102-story art deco masterpiece. "You don't have to go to the top," says Sanders, an architect, author, and Emmy-winning filmmaker who co-wrote with Ric Burns a 17.5-hour PBS documentary on New York. It "is great seen from a distance."
