C emal Abi brings glasses of hot tea to serve to patrons of the Noah's Ark Carpets & Kilims Collection in Sultanahmet, Istanbul. Walking in front of him is salesman Halil Abi, who is carrying Turkmen carpets. "You can't go for long in this city without someone offering you a cup of tea and trying to sell you a carpet," Mohan says.
