If you like your coffee black and strong," says Mohan, "this is the place to get it." He's referring to a bank of stalls set up near Istanbul's Blue Mosque offering this traditional-style coffee heated on open coals. "Whenever I felt I was getting a bit tired from walking around taking photos, half a cup of this would put me right."
