Art restorer Francesco Grimaldi works on a centuries-old artwork in his workshop on the top floor of the Museo Diocesano d'Arte Sacra (Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art). "The workshop is part of a major museum, right in the middle of things, but it's a very quiet and tucked-away little place," says Kochey. "You'd never know what was going on inside. It's another world."
