Sea cucumbers are being eaten to death

The marine animals are pricey status foods in China, fueling disastrous overfishing.

Holding his breath, diver Ibrahim Morsli hunts for sea cucumbers off the Moroccan village of Moulay Abdallah. The soft-bodied animals, which play an important part in keeping the oceans healthy, have declined globally because of overfishing.
