Ken Keith

After many years living and working in Scotland’s bustling capital of Edinburgh, Ken Keith headed for the hills. “I am where I belong,” says the outdoors lover about his home in the Scottish Highlands, where he is surrounded by shepherds and their roving sheep. An experienced hiking guide as well as a member of a local mountain rescue team, Ken has scaled all 282 of Scotland’s Munros—a lineup of peaks at least 3,000 feet tall. He is a proud whisky enthusiast and a lover of Gaelic, which he calls the “language of landscape.”
