cru1P.gif Now this is sailing. The Star Clipper, a replica of a 19th-century clipper ship, can slice through the Caribbean at 12 knots. She carries almost 200 passengers and boasts modern luxuries beneath those traditional sails.
cru2P.gif The Star Clipper  sails the old-fashioned way. She captures gusts of wind in her sails, some 36,000 square feet (3,340 square meters) of them. Hoisting all that canvas is tough work; extra hands are welcome, should you want a real taste of a sailor's lot.
cru3P.gif Despite her conservative silhouette, the Star Clipper  is liberal with creature comforts: a pair of pools, gourmet meals in an Edwardian dining room, even a teak-paneled library.
