“A Simple Sunrise”
A Michigan native, Grace Eggleston is a wildlife cinematographer and documentary filmmaker whose work is shaped by a lifelong connection to the place she calls home. Through years of filming and camping across Michigan’s diverse terrain, she brings an intimate knowledge of the natural world. For Grace, this project was an opportunity to spotlight the beauty and wonder of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, from its sweeping landscapes to its unforgettable morning light.
