"This is by far the most dramatic section of the route. I'm standing on a cliff edge looking down on the road, and you can see how much it drops away. You see the road that someone actually built on the side of this gnarly cliff. It's wild.
"We left Moab in the dark to get here in time for sunrise. We knew the weather would be good and we'd get a pretty sunrise. We scoped this spot out the day before. I took this to show how tiny the biker is, to give a sense of scale."
