Destination Scorecards
Destination Stewardship surveys appear annually in
National Geographic Traveler magazine, presenting a stewardship index for a selection of well-known destinations. To obtain the scores, CSD polls hundreds of experts in pertinent fields. These panelists rate each destination on several criteria.

This practical handbook gives travel journalists and curious consumers ways to evaluate companies and destinations for sustainability. You can download either of two PDF versions:

5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch (PDF) booklet. For the booklet, you'll need to print six sheets of paper on both sides, then arrange the pages, fold in half, and staple in the middle.
