THE BRIEF

Ontario’s landscapes are shaped by water, boasting 250,000 lakes and waterways. Building on our 2023 campaign, ‘Voices of the Lakes,’ Destination Ontario’s focus continues to highlight rich and welcoming experiences for international travelers to their province. In 2024 the spotlight turned from the bodies of water themselves to the local people they inspire.

SOLUTION

In our content, Micheal George met three of Ontario’s water crafters as they showed him their unique perspective on how the water influences them in their life and work. By meeting these Ontarians, Michael was able to focus on activities that represented subjects important to Destination Ontario: wellness, art, food, and culture. Through these stories, our audience was inspired to follow Michael’s lead and discover all the ways to enjoy water for themselves.
