Fascinating Fungi

Porcelain mushrooms "tower" from a beech tree on Mount Olympus. The fungi reach between one and three inches tall. As a result of climate change, many of these organisms are adapting to ecosystems that were previously too cold and dry, leading them to pop up in new and unexpected places.
