A swan takes in a quiet moment in the busy transit waters of Lake Balaton in Szántód, Hungary. The Tihany ferry crosses the lake between Tihanyrév and Szántódrév multiple times a day. Lake Balaton is the largest freshwater lake in central Europe, where several different species—including mute swans—call home.
