Midnight Sunset
A combination of fate and preparedness allowed Your Shot photographer Donald Yip to capture this photo of wild horses in Iceland, grazing beneath a midnight sun. "I arrived approx 11:00PM, giving myself ample time before sunset. Unfortunately, all the clouds had started to disappear, but I proceeded to set up anyway," he remembers. "In the distance, I saw these horses wandering around. I immediately picked up my gear, ran over, and snapped this image!" This photo was submitted to Your Shot, our photo community on Instagram.
