Morning Worship
Every morning, these Jain monks in Udaipur, India, visit temples for worship. Jainism is an ancient religion in India, practiced by 7 million people worldwide. To be a monk, one must forgo all worldly possessions. Your Shot photographer Serge Bouvet says that the monk on the left had been a chemical engineer until only a few years before this photo was taken.
