Thousands of penguins gather on the island of South Georgia, near Antarctica, in the Atlantic Ocean. Your Shot photographer Jonathan Lee recounts the powerful experience: "The skies cracked open and for 20 seconds, powerful evening rays lit up the field of penguins, and the chicks with their fluffy brown coats exploded into glowing halos.
