White Out

A mountaineer heads toward the peak of Nevado Copa, Peru. "Two hundred meters from the summit we were engulfed by a white out," says Your Shot photographer Henko Roukema. "We decided to continue, as the route was obvious on the ridge." They made it to the summit, spending all of five minutes at 20,300 feet above sea level, in temperatures of 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
