It's not an unusual sight come spring, particularly in Middle America: Skies screaming with rage, letting out shrieks of lighting as the winds pick up and tornados begin to stir.
Though they can be fierce and destructive, summer storms can be beautiful, and if captured in the right moment, make for electrifying photos.
