From being buried alive in Japan to dogsledding in Canada to indulging in Creole cuisine in New Orleans, Andrew Evans’ line of work is enough to make anyone green with envy. Right now, he’s in Mexico tracing the steps of the Maya and diving into the blue cenotes of the Yucatán Peninsula (he had to rappel through a tiny hole into a cave full of bats before hitting the water). Not everyone would welcome this kind of life, but at least every day holds a surprise.
