Photo of the Week: Bolivian Salt Flats

Our Photo of the Week this week was taken in the Bolivian salt flats, one of the many destinations featured in our annual Tours of a Lifetime issue. As part of its “Bolivia Backroads and Oruro Festival” tour, Adventure Life brings travelers to the Salt Desert of Ulyuni, where they can learn about the production of salt bricks and climb the Tunapa Volcano for panoramic views. The tour is one of National Geographic Traveler’s 50 Tours of a Lifetime for 2010.
