Ride the World’s Longest Zipline in the UAE
The United Arab Emirates did it again, breaking yet another Guinness World Record by opening the world’s longest zipline in the northernmost emirate of Ras al-Khaimah.
Jebel Jais Flight allows thrill-seekers to soar from the country's largest mountain peak for nearly three minutes, suspended while gliding through rocky terrain.
Measuring 1.76 miles long, this zipline stretches longer than 28 football fields, and crushes the former record holder in Puerto Rico by almost 2,000 feet.
By opening the new attraction, Ras al-Khaimah hopes to step out of the shadow of its big neighbor Dubai and become a must-visit destination for global adventure tourists. The easy access to desert, beach, and mountains makes this small emirate worth the trip.
