@WheresAndrew’s Top Louisiana Eats

Our Digital Nomad, Andrew Evans just got back from Louisiana where he spent four weeks fishing, chasing alligators, exploring spooky cemeteries, hanging out with vampires, and of course, eating amazing  food. He made us insanely jealous throughout this trip, tweeting photos of tasty crawfish, sugary beignets, and the world’s best jambalaya.

Want to relive Andrew’s culinary adventure? Here are a few of our favorite food shots from his trip. And to learn more about some of Andrew’s favorite Louisiana eats, check out his “Best of New Orleans” post on his Digital Nomad blog.

What’s your favorite Louisiana or New Orleans dish? Leave us the mouthwatering details in the comments section below.
