Muara Jambi

An Ancient University revealed

In Sumatra, on the banks of the Batanghari River, an ancient Buddhist temple is slowly being revealed. Built in around the 6th century; it fell into disrepair sometime in the 1400’s and was buried deep beneath jungle, dirt and stone until its discovery in 1824. Now, thanks to ongoing archaeological work, this ancient site of knowledge and wisdom is being unearthed.
