"These four Masai tribesmen live in Kenya’s Amboseli National Park, where I was shooting a Nikon ad campaign. I had spent the morning in their village photographing and hanging out with them. I was going to another village in our guide’s van for the ADVENTURE shoot, and they wanted a lift.
"What struck me about the Masai was that their temperament was so different from village to village. Some were—not quite mean, but surly. Others, like these guys, were really open and quite friendly."
