Rediscover real island living & Island living naturally

National Geographic CreativeWorks invited audiences to rediscover what an island escape can truly offer. Beyond sandy beaches and all-inclusive resorts, Seychelles has a wealth of local island culture and rich, biodiverse landscapes to adventure through. The campaign positioned island travel as a journey defined not only by relaxation, culture, and fun, but also by a deep, authentic connection to the destination’s flora, fauna, and heritage.

An icon of Seychelles endemism, the Aldabra giant tortoise is among some 80 species that exist only here in the Indian Ocean.

The brief

The campaign aimed to reposition the Seychelles Islands as far more than a classic “sea, sun, and sand” destination. The ask was to position the Seychelles Islands as a place of depth, diversity, and discovery, where natural beauty meets a unique cultural mix, conservation, and vibrant community events.
